Based in the heart of the historic city, Canterbury Christ Church University offers a range of excellent University accommodation
options. Opening its doors to the public during the summer months, the University has a variety of rooms, ranging from shared
facilities and en-suite bedrooms, to self-catering apartments and houses located throughout the city. Bed and breakfast options
are also available, as well as full and half board options for group bookings.

Pin Hill overlooks the city walls and is located opposite Canterbury East train station - this is a short walk from the City
Centre and Dane John Gardens. The accommodation consists of 157 single rooms with a mix of en-suite and shared
facilities. Pin Hill is perfect for summer schools and large groups.

Petros Court was built in 2015 and has consistently been awarded 5* University accommodation. It boasts 418 en-suite
rooms, arranged in cluster apartments of three to eight rooms. Each apartment has a spacious kitchen/dining area
furnished with sofas and a television. Petros Court is located in the heart of Canterbury city centre and has two landscaped
courtyards, secured by access control.
There is 24 hour security on site and safe social areas. Petros Court is perfect for short and long term stays for couples,
families and large and small groups.

St George’s Centre has over 200 double en-suite rooms with 4ft double beds, arranged in apartments of up to eight
guests. The apartment includes a communal living and dining area, furnished with sofas and a television. St George’s
Centre has a large event space available for hire within the building, please contact the Conference & Events Team
directly for further information.
Dover Street Houses comprises of 10 x 3 bedroom houses, perfect for families and short term lets.
St George’s and Dover Street Houses are situated just a few minutes’ walk from the main high street; its prime city centre
location offers a fantastic opportunity to visit all of the historic sites that Canterbury has to offer.

Lanfranc House is situated within the Northgate area of Canterbury and within the City’s Historic King’s Mile. Located a
short walk from the city centre, this enclosed accommodation is designed to blend with its historic surroundings. There is
a large grass courtyard encompassed by the building, offering privacy for residence. This landscape makes this site ideal
for summer and language schools, as well as groups large or small.
There are single and twin rooms available in apartments and houses for three to seven guests. Secure parking is available
at Lanfranc House (on request).

Parham Road Student Village is made up of over five hundred single bedrooms in a mixture of houses and flats. Located
within a fifteen minute walk from the city centre and a two minute walk from a large 24 hour supermarket, it is a fitting
location for summer schools, large and small groups, as well as couples and families.
Due to it’s location, Parham road is perfect for guests looking to explore the south east coast, with a short bus journey to
Herne Bay, Whitstable, Margate, Broadstairs and Birchington-on-Sea.

Vernon Place and Oaten Hill are close to St George’s Centre, whilst Holmes Court and College Court are located parallel to the
North Holmes Road Campus.
We also offer University Houses at Havelock Street and North Holmes Road, which are perfect for families and small groups.
