OVERVIEW
Lou brings two decades of real estate, business and legal experience to Walter Haverfield’s Cleveland,
Ohio-based Real Estate Group. Lou’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and
corporate law. He frequently handles closings of purchase and sale transactions and leases of
properties of all types (office, industrial, and retail). Lou is also proficient in drafting and negotiating
purchase and sale agreements, leases, non-disclosure agreements, LLC operating agreements and
stockholder buy-sell agreements. Plus, he successfully advises businesses on general corporate
matters.
