Spinneroos is coming to the ACT
What is Spinneroos?
Spinneroos is a FUN way to begin playing table tennis. It is designed for primary
school children between 5 -12 years of age with little or no experience.
Over eight one-hour sessions, your child will learn all the basic skills necessary to
enjoy table tennis while keeping active, socialising, developing coordination and core
skills, and having a great time!
The Spinneroos program has been developed with leading table tennis coaches
across Australia to ensure your child has the best early experience with table tennis.
Spinneroos will be delivered by ACT Table Tennis Coaches who have completed a
Spinneroos Coaching course.
When and where will Spinneroos be held?
Spinneroos will be held:
Kingston Table Tennis Centre, Cnr Canberra Ave & Dawes Street, Griffith, 2603

The price for both Spinneroos and Girls Spinneroos includes:

How much does Spinneroos cost?
The cost for Spinneroos is $120 NOW $90 ONLY Due to ACT 2020-21 Sport and
Recreation Grant.
The cost for Girls Spinneroos is only $50
Why does Girls Spinneroos cost less?
The lower cost of Girls Spinneroos is possible due to a grant received by Table
Tennis Australia to promote female involvement in table tennis nationally. Table
Tennis ACT is happy to be part of Girls Spinneroos to reduce costs to participants
and encourage more female membership. The club currently has 25% female
membership and only one girl in our High-Performance Junior Squad.
Is there any discount for current members?
Current members receive a discount of $17.60 for Spinneroos (not Girls Spinneroos)
The discount is not available after you register.
Do I have to be a member of the ACT Table Tennis Club?
The cost for Spinneroos includes Table Tennis ACT social membership (which
includes insurance). However, to play at club venues outside the 1 hour each week
Spinneroos program, participants need to ADD a FACILITY ACCESS FEE (eg $72
for Kingston Access Fee - student price). Go to website to Join Now.
