Renewing your
Apple Health Coverage
Apple Health (Medicaid) coverage must be renewed each year to
maintain health coverage. You are receiving this yer because you
need to take action to renew coverage for yourself or someone in
your household. You may also have just missed the deadline.

How you can renew coverage
Use one of the following renewal options:
Online at www.wahealthplannder.org
If you have a Washington Healthplannder account,
log in and select “Update My Application and Renew
Coverage under Quick Links
If you don’t have a Healthplannder account, click
Apply Now, enter your information and select
“Update My Application and Renew Coverage under
Quick Links
Using the WAPlannder mobile app
If you have a Healthplannder account or want
to create one, use the WAPlannder app to renew
coverage
The app is available on the App Store and Google Play

Update the renewal document received
via mail, sign and return using one of
these options:

Fax: 1-855-867-4467
CSO: Drop o at your local DSHS Community Service

Once your renewal is processed, you will be sent a notice
to let you know if you or your household member still
qualies for coverage. You must complete your renewal
to determine if you qualify for continued health coverage.
Missed the deadline?
If you missed the renewal deadline and you or your
household member lost Apple Health coverage, you
have 90 days to complete the renewal using one of the
renewal options. If you are eligible, your coverage will
continue from the date you lost coverage with no gap.
If you do not qualify for Apple Health, you may qualify for
other coverage through a Qualied Health Plan, with or
without help to pay the premium. You must complete
your renewal to see if you qualify for one of these plans.
