The School of Nursing guide features helpful information
for new students, ATI support, resources to support
specific courses, and tutoring and test-taking help.
Nursing research
Access databases like CINAHL and Nursing Reference
Center Plus. Check out nursing research FAQs, tips for
effective searching, and evidence-based practice research
support.
Online tutoring services
Live Tutoring: Live help is available without an
appointment but be sure to check the schedule
and see if a tutor is available. Topics include
TEAS, NCLEX, ELL support, care plans, and more!
Tutor Match: Schedule an appointment with a
peer tutor who has already taken the course!
Skill Surfer: Skill Surfer covers math, writing skills,
computer and technology skills, and test prep
(including the NCLEX!).
Writing Lab: Submit your paper and have it
reviewed before submitting it for class. Feedback
is provided within 24-36 hours.
Meet: Study with other students in a private
online study room.
